Prayer

We also ask that you continue to lift up in prayer Brother Feliciano, Brother  De Larenta Prince-Brannon and Desiree Diaz while they are overseas.

Biblical Profession

This is my Bible. It is the word of God. I am what it says I am; I can do what it says I can do; I will be what it says I can be. I am above and not beneath; I am the head and not the tail. My life has been changed by His word and I will never be the same! No, never, never, never be the same in Jesus name. Amen!

Director

Co-Pastor, Minister Miriam Brannon (Bio)

Email: Women's Ministry

When:

Should meet once a month, but no less than once a quarter with the women of the church and at least once a quarter with the Senior Pastor.

Why:

Women need outlets to other women.  Sometimes they have not been out of the presence of children until they come together with other women. Every area of the body needs a light of hope. Some women will come with baggage. The Women's Ministry Director must have a "Motherly Spirit" about her. So that the other women will feel drawn to her.

How:

A Women's Ministry Director, must have a calling for women. Titus second chapter states that the older women must teach the younger women; this does not mean that the Woman's Ministry Director must be up in age; it does mean that she must be experienced in life. The Director must be able to create a climate of openness, as well as be open to responses that may challenge her without becoming confrontational. Create an environment of trust. Participate in Women's events on the local and District and State level. Use a study book that focuses on Women and their pains such as "Naked and Ashamed" by T.D. Jakes.

Qualifications:

- Saved, sanctified, and Holy Spirit filled
- Evidence of God working in their life and witness by others
- A calling in that ministry
- Have a desire of self improvement
- Not easily provoked
- Teachable
- Reachable
- Working on or completed a Lay "Minister Certificate"
