They are confronted by peer pressure, and low self-esteem, and the plan of Satan is to destroy them before they begin. How:A Youth Pastor must have a calling for the youth. The Pastor must be able to create a climate of openness, as well as be open to responses that may challenge him or her without becoming confrontational. The Youth Pastor must create an environment of trust, they must also have private devotional time with the Lord. The Youth Pastor in their walk with God creates an atmosphere that the youth of the church want to emulate as they grow in Christ. Qualifications:
